Hi, I'm Kasi!

A photographer in a black sweater takes pictures in an autumn forest with fallen leaves on the ground.

The photographer behind Kas Photographs. I’m here to capture the real, fleeting moments; the quiet looks, the unfiltered laughter, the way you love and connect.

These are the moments that matter, and I’m honoured to help you hold onto them.

My Full-time Passion

is no longer just a dream

For over a decade, photography has been my constant, a quiet thread weaving through every season of life. What began as a childhood hobby with a little point-and-shoot camera has grown into a full-time passion rooted in connection, creativity, and purpose.

For years, photography was my “someday”; something I dreamed of while life pulled me in other directions. But after a season of change (and a few unexpected detours), I realized it was time to stop waiting and start creating. With encouragement from some truly incredible humans, I took the leap, and now, I get to do what I love every single day.

Today, I pour my heart into helping you feel seen, celebrated, and completely yourself. My sessions are collaborative, soulful, and joy-filled, designed to bring out your most radiant, real moments. Whether you're camera-shy or a total natural, I’ll meet you where you're at and help you feel confident every step of the way.

A few facts, just for fun:

  • For three years, I was a primary photographer for a city-wide fashion society focused on self-love and body positivity
  • Still in the zero broken bones club (let’s keep it that way)
  • Once owned a llama named Lloyd, an absolute legend
  • Can quote almost every episode of The Office (U.S. version, obviously)

Thank you for being here. Let’s create something beautiful together, and share a few laughs along the way.

"To me, photography is an art of observation. It’s about finding something interesting in an ordinary place. I’ve found it has little to do with the things you see and everything to do with the way you see them."
